There are 7 business analysis certifications that are offered and are designed to measure the competency level of skilled and experienced business analysts. The certifications are considered to be the best for those who want to work pursue a career in the business analysis field and gain working experience. Following are the 7 certified business analysis certifications:

1. Entry certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA). The certification is for individuals with less experience and entry-level business analysts. Below is the fee structure:

• Application fee: $60.

• Exam fee: $110 for members and $235 for non-members.

• Retake fee: $89 for members and $195 for non-members.

 

1. Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA). CCBA is a professional certification provided by the IIBA for those who want to be recognized for their skills and expertise by earning formal recognition. Below is the fee structure:

• Application fee: $125.

• Exam fee: $325 for members and $450 for non-members.

• Retake fee: $85 for members and $120 for non-members.

 

1.  Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). The CBAP Certification being a professional certificate offered by the IIBA for candidates with extensive business analysis experience.  Below is the fee structure:

• Exam fee: $325 for members and $450 for non-members.

• Retake fee: $250 for members and $375 for non-members.

 

1. Agile Analysis Certification (AAC). The AAC is a professional certification provided by the IIBA which tests the applicant’s BA skillset working in agile environments. The work requires rapid change and fast adaptation. Below is the fee structure:

• Application fee: $125.

• Exam fee: $325 for members and $450 for non-members.

• Retake fee: $85 for members and $120 for non-members.

 

1. Certified Foundation Level Business Analysts (CFLBA). The CFLBA is an entry-level certification provided by the IQBBA. The certification is for candidates having prior experience in analyzing business processes, modeling business, and process improvement. Below is the fee structure:

• Exam fee: $250.

 

1. Certified Professional Requirements Engineering (CPRE). The CPRE is offered in three levels and is provided by the IREB. The three levels are, the Foundation level, the Advanced level, and the Expert level. Below is the fee structure:

1. Professional in Business Analysis (PBA). The PBA certification credential is offered by the well-known PMI and is for applicants who have worked with projects or programs in Business Analysis. Below is the fee structure:
