Stakeholder participation with the team ensures client satisfaction throughout the project in agile contexts.


b. Continual improvement


The plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle, as developed by Shewhart and modified by Deming, is the foundation for quality improvement. Quality improvement programs like as total quality management (TQM), Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma may also help to enhance project management as well as the end product, service, or result.


c. Management responsibility


All members of the project team must participate in order for the project to be successful. Management retains the linked task of providing appropriate resources at adequate capacities as part of its responsibility for quality.
